"Without deviation, there is no progress"

Formerly working under the name Si_COMM, the Level incarnation has enjoyed success with releases for Spekk, Smallfish, and Polymorphic. The Si_COMM name has now been shelved to make way for a new project , FOURM that explores the fluid and transitional nature of the digital medium via remixes, and solo releases, DUST (leerraum [ ] Switzerland , Spring 2008, and .CIL. Stasisfield, USA, December 2007), as well as a forthcoming book/CD entitled Archisonics coming in Spring 2008, with sound works, images and texts by FOURM, with additional contributions from Andy Graydon.The book summarises and evaluates certain critical relationships between art, sound and architecture, and acts as a catalyst for the imagination, as well as giving valuable insights into the work and methods of two artists who have both made a significant impact in the world of minimalist sound, and sound installation. Includes texts and images by FOURM and Andy Graydon, with accompanying CD of related sounds.
