composing using computers in 1994. access
to first synthesizer om 1996. composition
studies with ron kuivila, anthony braxton
and alvin lucier at wesleyan university. theory
with jon barlow and jane alden. private composition
study with earle brown and lew spratlan, cornet
with raphe malik . conducting with angel gil
ordonez. . administrator of the earle brown
music foundation and associate curator at
diapason gallery for sound and intermedia
in manhattan.
silver's oeuvre includes performance pieces,
chamber music, prose scores, installations,
writings, moving and still images. .
