Subtle tones, gentle hiss, staccato
rasps and voluminous silences are at the forefront
of Malaysian artist Goh Lee Kwang's four-part meditation
on transmissions. With one hand on the dial and the
other on the volume, Lee Kwang scans the airwaves
and the spaces between them, creating a suite of pieces
that present a sonic duality of vast distance and
extreme closeup, capturing tiny particles in a void.
